At the cusp between Zagreb’s old city and new city, the Gredelj train station deteriorates day by day. It begs to be reused for a greater purpose. Zagreb’s need for a space of social, design, and culinary creation is implanted into this monumental structure in the form of Agrifact, a place for pre-industrial farming and land care to come together with childcare, art, and food. Field farming, greenhouse production, and hydroponic experimentation support the various programs.
